RSM MBA Kilimanjaro Project
WORKING WITH ROTTERDAM SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
For the last four successive years, Seven Summits has worked with the Rotterdam School of Management (a part of Erasmus University in the Netherlands) on a new initiative called the RSM MBA Kilimanjaro Project. This is an elective module for international women students studying for an MBA at the university. It has been extraordinarily popular, with woman citing the opportunity to take this elective as a reason to study at the Rotterdam School of Management over other universities.
The aim of the RSM MBA Kilimanjaro Project is to facilitate a behavioral transformation and teach women that to succeed they need to be collaborate and help one another, while also offering them an experience likely to facilitate a tipping point, or paradigm shift, that reveals a clear path to the next step in their careers.
